Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements in Seattle is seeking a BAS Controls Service Assistant Project Manager to help run building automation service projects from planning to closeout.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams, create diagrams in AutoCAD/Visio, track progress, manage budgets and schedules, and support Niagara, ALC, Alerton, and Metasys integrations. This onsite role requires a 3+ year BAS background and a relevant engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in BAS controls.
• Working knowledge of BACnet and DDC.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and executing BAS service projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on requirements.
• Create and update control diagrams, floor plans, and layouts in AutoCAD and Visio.
• Track progress, flag risks, and help resolve them.
• Help prepare schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Support integrations across Tridium Niagara, ALC, Alerton, and Metasys.
