Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, facility operations, dispatching, maintenance, technical support, or related roles.
• Prior BAS experience is helpful but not required; comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building automation systems and facility alerts.
• Review alarms and determine appropriate responses.
• Communicate with customers regarding system conditions and service needs.
• Coordinate service technicians and support personnel when issues arise.
• Assist with remote diagnostics and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Document events, actions taken, and customer communications.
• Escalate urgent issues according to established procedures.
