Responsibilities

• Observe and manage activity across multiple building automation platforms.
• Evaluate system notifications, faults, and equipment performance trends.
• Assist with identifying operational issues affecting facility performance.

• Maintain accurate records of system events, actions taken, and follow-up requirements.
• Support remote operational workflows and incident management processes.
