Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• QuickBooks experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions, including AP, AR, and GL.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for multiple entities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and feedback.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects.
• Be able to work in-office, remote, and on-site with clients.
