Job summary

Think Hospitality in Miami Beach is seeking passionate, energetic bartenders to join our team. You will craft beverages, keep the bar area clean and organized, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience with genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bartending experience in high-volume or upscale venues, strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and fluency in English. This role requires nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for long periods

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including equipment/utensils and restocking supplies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant/bar
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Passion for hospitality and guest connection
• Familiarity with Italian and Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
