Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a part-time Bartender for the Wisconsin Room onsite. The role offers an hourly wage between $9.80 and $14.70 plus tips, with weekend evenings 4:30 pm–11:00 pm.

You will greet guests, craft beverages, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure compliance with liquor laws. A valid bartending license and prior bartending experience are required; candidates must be 18+ and able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for stocking all areas of the bar and following proper rotating procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of and abide by state liquor regulations, particularly prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI.
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment.

Specific Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome

• Responsible for keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses

• Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI
• Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment

Part time position. Hours are 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm. Weekends are required.
