Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking an experienced bartender to join our on-site food and beverage team in Ashwaubenon, WI. You will greet guests, craft drinks with proper portions, maintain a clean bar, and ensure compliance with liquor laws.

The role requires 18+ years old, prior bartending experience, and a license or ability to obtain one. Evening and weekend shifts are common, with tips and a competitive benefits package.

Specific Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome
• Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere
• Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes
• Responsible for keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses
• Responsible for stocking all areas of the bar and following proper rotating procedures
• Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI
• Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment

This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays. Hours vary between 7:00 am - 12:00 am.

Skills/Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply
• Previous bartending experience required
• Candidate must obtain or be able to obtain a bartending license to be considered for this role.

The hourly range for this position is $9.80 - $14.70 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
