Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a part-time bartender to join our food and beverage team. Work is onsite with an evening schedule from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm; weekends are required. You will greet guests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure accurate drink preparation and bar hygiene while complying with liquor laws.

The role requires prior bartending experience, age 18+, and license where applicable. Pay is $9.80–$14.70/hour plus tips, with benefits offered.

Specific Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome
• Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere
• Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes
• Responsible for keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses
• Responsible for stocking all areas of the bar and following proper rotating procedures
• Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI
• Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment

Part time position. Hours are 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm. Weekends are required.

Skills/Requirements
