Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking friendly servers to join our brunch-focused team. Provide warm, responsive service to create a memorable dining experience and help guests enjoy the essence of our all-day brunch concept.

As a Ruby Krewe member, you’ll work days only, with opportunities for growth, paid time off, and medical/dental benefits as part of our supportive team culture. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 20–25 lbs

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
