Job Details: Job Location: Villa Olivia - Bartlett, IL 60103, Position Type: Part-Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly, Job Shift: Any, JOB SUMMARY: The Bartender will be responsible for bar set-up along with Restaurant service. They will also be responsible for keeping the bar stocked with alcohol, pop and ice, announce bar closing, as well as cleaning up spills and other messes, and clean-up at the end of the evening. This is an at-will position. Other responsibilities include:

• Proper bar set-up bar prior to the start of the dining room opening.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Keeping the bar stocked with alcohol, pop, water and ice.
• Clean up any messes made on or around the bar while working.
• Able to mix a combination of drinks.
• Age verification when needed of clients.
• Serve alcohol to people responsibly and cutoff anyone who has had too much or has become out of control and loud.
• Serves tables during dining room service.
• Provides consistently high guest service at all time.
• Comply and assist in the enforcement of the Cash Handling Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent. Must be BASSET Certified. Requires strong people and customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public.

HOURS & PAY:

Hours vary depending upon business needs. Days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Pay rate is $13.00 an hour plus tips.
