As a Bartender, you will be the mixologist behind our impressive selection of drinks, offering guests a delightful array of hand-crafted cocktails, beers on tap, and fine wines. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of hand-crafted cocktails, beers, and wines to guests.
• Engage with guests, recommend beverages, and ensure a memorable bar experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
• Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless beverage service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in mixology.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
• High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays.
