Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar with appropriate liquor levels and garnishes.
• Keeps bar and glasses clean and sanitized to standard.
• Verifies guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepares drinks per bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present bills and process payments.
• Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitors for overconsumption and takes appropriate action.
• Locks up and secures beverage and equipment items; processes cash drops.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
