Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with appropriate liquor, juices, and garnishes.
• Maintains clean bar, glasses, and cutlery.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drink orders per bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present bills and process payments.
• Engage and satisfy guests; monitor for overconsumption.
• Lock up and secure all beverage and equipment; deposit cash drops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
