Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar with liquor, juices, glassware, and tools.
• Keeps bar, glasses and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Verifies guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepares drinks per standards and guest preferences.
• Presents bill and processes payment.
• Engages guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitors for overconsumption and takes action as needed.
• Locks up and secures beverage and cash, deposits drops.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
