Quarterdeck-Resort on the Minnesota lakeshore is seeking bartenders for our fast-paced, high-volume resort bars with unbeatable views. If you can mix cocktails, pour cold beers, and keep drinks flowing with speed and consistency, you'll be right in the middle of the action from sunny afternoons to lively nights.

We're building a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests from families to weekend regulars. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is a must, and you'll join a tight-knit team

Qualifications

• Bartending experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with good conversation skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

We're looking for Bartenders to join our fast-paced, high-volume resort bar where the views are unbeatable, the energy is high, and no two shifts are ever the same. This is the spot where lake days turn into sunset cocktails and unforgettable nights-and you'll be right in the middle of it all.

• Stay organized and efficient during high-volume service (think packed patios and pools and busy weekends)
• Work as part of a tight-knit team to deliver top-notch service every shift
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for whatever the night brings

What We're Looking For:

• Bartending experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant preferred
• Great personality-you're friendly, outgoing, and love talking to people
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Team player mentality with a strong work ethic
