Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a dual Bartender/Server role in a full-service restaurant environment. You will mix drinks, serve guests, and maintain bar inventory across restaurant spaces and portable bars.

This position requires strong customer service, extensive mixology knowledge, and cash handling skills. The role emphasizes standard drink preparation, order accuracy, and proactive engagement with guests.

Qualifications

• Bassett Certified and ServeSafe Certified required.
• 3 years bartending and 2 years server experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Extensive liquor, beer, wine and mixology knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Mix and be knowledgeable of standard drinks and bar offerings.
• Plan and maintain par levels for bar inventory and prepare daily orders.
• Handle cash and banking procedures as outlined by the Accounting Dept.
• Assist in dining room & lounge setup and reservations.
• Process guest checks and billing through the Quad POS system.
• Greet guests and deliver cocktails, and food to tables.
