Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Wenatchee, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Bartender/Server to take orders, mix and serve drinks, and handle guest payments in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

You will maintain a clean bar and dining area, support events, and deliver exceptional service. Flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays is expected to meet guest needs and contribute to a welcoming hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain any government/brand permits or licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver guest orders for beverages and food items.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Process guest payments and ensure accurate balancing of cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area; support events and daily operations.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to provide exceptional guest service.

Summary

This position is responsible for taking and delivering orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing guest payments, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, organized work area, collaborate with hotel departments to support events and daily operations, and consistently deliver outstanding hospitality that exceeds guest expectations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
