Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Bartender at High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid, NY. You will craft cocktails, serve food with warmth, and deliver memorable guest experiences as part of our Food & Beverage team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bartending experience, a Food Handlers Certification, and completion of Bartending School or Mixology certification preferred. This role offers competitive pay, early pay options, and resort benefits.

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Demands:

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
• Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1-year Bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
• Food Handlers Certification required
