SPIRE Hospitality, LLC seeks a Seasonal Bartender for High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid, NY. You will craft cocktails and serve delicious food with warmth and enthusiasm, delivering memorable guest experiences within our Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, handling beverage orders and payments, keeping the bar organized, monitoring stock, reducing waste, and ensuring clean, well-maintained work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness

Physical Demands:

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
• Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1-year Bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
• Food Handlers Certification required
