Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage team member to join our Lake Placid resort restaurant. You will deliver food and beverages with enthusiasm, greet guests, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Join a team that values friendly, courteous service and professional interactions, while maintaining daily station organization, inventory awareness, and cleanliness across the restaurant and kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role; size of operation preferred
• Food Handlers Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
• Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and guest satisfaction
• Generate checks through POS and receive payments efficiently for each guest
• Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Demands:

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
• Food Handlers Certification required preferred
