Job summary

Silver Ventures is seeking a bartender who loves crafting classic and creative cocktails and delivering exceptional service. You will set up, stock, and replenish the bar, greet guests, and follow standard recipes while ensuring compliance with state liquor regulations.

You will operate the POS system, handle transactions, maintain a clean bar, verify IDs, build rapport with regulars, and work with the team to create a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications required prior to employment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar daily with stock according to established procedures.

• Prepare and present beverages following standard recipes and portion guidelines.
