Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up bars, stock all necessary supplies, and maintain product quality.
• Greet guests courteously and take drink orders.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes, practicing portion control.
• Verify guests' identification and monitor for intoxication.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Secure all beverage and cash assets properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
