Job Summary

Responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering items efficiently to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages following established procedures.
2. Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
3. Understand menu items, advise guests, and accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
4. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests.
5. Maintain excellent communication and teamwork with staff and guests.
6. Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
7. Keep the dining environment clean, safe, and organized.
8. Respect confidentiality regarding guest information.
9. Address guest complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
10. Set up and clean the dining area before and after service.
11. Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and coffee machines.
12. Assist during special events and perform other duties as assigned.
