Base pay range

$17.45/hr - $17.45/hr

This is a part-time position responsible for preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products according to Starbucks Standards. Also responsible for providing customer service, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and reloading salvage products according to Starbucks Standards.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; willingness to participate in and complete required training; team collaboration to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
2. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent.
3. Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
4. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction using units of American money and weight measurement.
5. Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions; solve problems involving concrete variables.
6. Certificates and Licenses: Completion of company training (including food safety, safety, customer service); IST or AST certification required.
7. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, taste, smell, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally; specific vision abilities required.
8. Work Environment: Moderate environment with exposure to temperature extremes, mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and noise.
