White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment across luxury hotels and rooftop venues.

We welcome seasoned bartenders or those eager to grow, with emphasis on hospitality, guest service, and knowledge of mixology. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bartending preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — build connections through conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily side work to health standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to comply with liquor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Previous bartending experience preferred — hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train the right candidate

• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
