You will build connections, maintain bar cleanliness, know the cocktail program, and ensure responsible service. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Sharp attention to detail from presentation to guest satisfaction.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team-player mindset.
• Previous bartending experience preferred; hotel/rooftop backgrounds a plus.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and safe alcohol service.
• Ability to stand/move fast; flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build guest connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and perform daily side work to standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients and garnishes.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation meeting guest expectations.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and reconcile at shift end.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, positive work environment.
• Card guests and monitor responsible service to comply with liquor laws.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
