Cotton Bayou Marina / Tacky Jack's in Orange Beach is seeking a Bartender to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with mixing a wide variety of drinks while providing excellent customer service at our busy bar.

This role includes responsibilities such as monitoring cash drawer accuracy and alcohol inventories, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and maintaining a clean bar area. Experience is a plus, and mixology certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Mixology certification from a reputable bartending school is desirable.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communications skills.
• Physical demands include standing for an eight-hour shift and lifting 20-pound boxes.

Job Summary

Our busy bar is looking for a Bartender familiar with a wide array of drinks, both trending and old-school, while delivering quality customer service. The ideal candidate will serve customers who are sitting at the front bar in addition to making drinks for the dining room. The Bartender is responsible for monitoring the cash drawer located at the bar and monitoring alcohol inventories (especially at the end of each night), and will support the manager in ordering alcohol to help maintain adequate inventory. Experience is a plus.
