Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bartender to craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greet guests, take orders, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment at our Dallas location.

You will mix drinks, handle cash/credit, check IDs per policy, keep the bar stocked and clean, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior bartending experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and current trends.
• Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications.
• Displays superb hospitality and beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lb.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking IDs.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels.
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
