Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes, and trends.
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications.
• Demonstrates hospitality, friendliness, and beverage knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with accuracy.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lb.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checking IDs.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels.
• Provides excellent guest service and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
