Busy Old Port Bar looking for a Bar Manager.

The Bar Manager position is 3-4 shifts on the bar and 8-10 hours of management work a week in a long-standing Old Port bar. We are looking for a fast bartender with a disciplined approach and a level head.

The job includes:

• On-going management of a small staff on a fixed consistent schedule.
• Bank drops and basic money management
• Weekly inventory and ordering
• Prep work of drinks
• Keeping cleanliness and side-work in check
• Communication to ownership on potential issues and updates

We are passionate about customer service and consistency and looking for someone who loves the energetic dance of being in the spotlight as a bartender providing guest experiences.

This position starts immediately and we are asking for a minimum 2 year commitment.
