Bartender, Lobby Bar - Signia by Hilton Atlanta

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a Bartender to join their Lobby Bar team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant setting. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking someone who is reliable and adaptable.

Shift Pattern: Variable shifts, typically from 10am-6pm, 3pm-11pm, or 4pm-12am. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to financial profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and portion standards
• Presenting and serving beverages to guests
• Checking IDs and serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations
• Processing payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Stocking and maintaining the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, and supplies
• Ensuring product quality and freshness of perishables
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests, as needed
