Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking an Associate for a part-time role on Hilton Head Island, SC. You will support daily operations, handle transactions, and help provide a top-tier guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will craft coffee beverages, assist with inventory, and work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Eligible for training and company benefits where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service, process orders, and address inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Craft and serve a variety of coffee drinks and specialty beverages according to customer preferences
• Operate coffee equipment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, and stay updated on drink recipes and trends
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies
• Work with a Team to provide the best possible customer experience
• Must be 21 or older due to sell of alcohol
