About the Role

We are seeking talented Bartenders to join our team! As a Buffalo Wild Wings Bartender, your responsibilities include:

1. Creating and delivering an exceptional guest experience that encourages repeat visits
2. Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and specifications
3. Managing daily bar setup, tear down, maintenance, and operations
4. Prepping drink garnishments and cutting fruit
5. Providing full service to guests at the bar and tables within the bar area
6. Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery
7. Serving as a knowledgeable menu guide to assist guests with suggestions
8. Upselling menu items to increase sales
9. Processing payments with accuracy and integrity
10. Executing Responsible Alcohol Service per regulations
11. Maintaining food and drink safety standards
12. Resolving guest conflicts or complaints as directed by management
13. Keeping the bar area clean and stocked
14. Completing deep cleaning tasks as assigned
15. Building positive relationships with team members across departments
16. Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Reliability, dependability, and strong work ethic
• Previous bartending experience, especially in high-volume settings
• Knowledge of food service and safe equipment usage
• Understanding of sanitation and food safety procedures
• Ability to stay professional under pressure
• Knowledge of food allergens
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card
• Friendly personality and good communication skills
