What You Bring

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to influence improvements.
• Ability to interpret operational manuals and instructions.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multitask, perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
