Qualifications

• Certification or license required for bartending.
• 2–4 years bartender experience preferred.

• Descriptive selling and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the bar and provide engaging service.
• Maintain proper bar setup and stock daily.
• Describe the menu and upsell beverages.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Mix drinks following standard recipes and portion control.
• Operate register and manage checks for each guest.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
