Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or in a guest-facing role.
• Excellent customer service and engaging personality.
• Ability to describe the menu and make recommendations.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the bar.
• Maintain bar setup and ensure cleanliness.
• Guide guests on beverage choices with descriptive selling.
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
• Serve drinks promptly and monitor quality.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Present bills accurately and process payments.
• Stock and store beverages and garnishes daily.
• Input orders into the POS and manage checks.
