Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse, is looking for Outbackers to provide excellent service while crafting drinks and supporting guests at our bar in Sacramento, California.

This hourly, non-exempt position offers a starting pay of $16.90 plus tips, comprehensive health insurance, and opportunities for growth within the company. We emphasize a hospitable culture and recognize hard work.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
• Craft drinks to perfection with safety standards.
• Support Servers on beverage selections.
