Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled bartender in Omaha to craft cocktails with precision and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will set up the bar, stay current on menu offerings, and maintain cleanliness for smooth shifts.

Flexible scheduling including evenings and holidays is expected. Ideal candidates are tequila-savvy, personable team players who excel in fast-paced nightlife environments and can use Toast or similar POS systems.

Qualifications

• Seasoned bartender with experience crafting detailed cocktails.
• Well-versed in spirits, particularly tequila and agave-based products.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Build memorable moments for guests by making them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed.
• Set the bar and assist with setup to prep for service.
• Craft cocktails and beverages with precision following recipes.
• Stay informed about menu updates and offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar for seamless shifts.
• Adhere to a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Operate or assist with point-of-sale systems; Toast experience is a plus.
