Main Event Entertainment is seeking an upbeat Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver exceptional service to Guests. You’ll know the menu inside and out, suggest options, and ensure quick, accurate orders while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of bartending experience required.
• Guest-focused mindset and hospitality-driven attitude.
• Teamwork is essential to deliver smooth service.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs.
• Create memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Adhere to local/state alcohol laws and policies.
• Process payments and welcome guests back.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; handle side duties.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
