• We are hiring immediately for full-time BARISTA positions.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages, following HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso and other coffee orders using standard recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS; accept payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and standards for food prep.
• Keep display equipment clean and attractive.
• Clean workstation before leaving.
• Greet customers courteously and relay feedback to supervisors.
• Serve efficiently to prevent delays.
• Understand menu items and explain to customers.
• Assist in selling and upselling.
• Merchandise display foods attractively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
