Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adhere to liquor laws and regulations regarding serving alcohol.
2. Set up and stock bars with beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
3. Maintain fresh garnishes and perishables.
4. Greet guests courteously.
5. Take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks, practice portion control.
6. Verify guest identification.
7. Detect and act on guest inebriation as trained.
8. Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
9. Secure and store beverage and cash assets.
10. Perform cleaning to meet health standards.
11. Arrange bar display attractively.
12. Wash and sterilize glassware.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
