Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

• Adheres to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars, stocks all necessary supplies.
• Maintains quality of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Takes and processes drink orders, mixes drinks, and practices portion control.
• Checks IDs for guests.
• Detects guest intoxication and acts accordingly.
• Handles cash, verifies charges, and records transactions.
• Stores all beverage and food items securely.
• Performs cleaning tasks to maintain health standards.
• Arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
