Jacksons Restaurant + Bar located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley in Monaca is looking for an experienced full-time Bartender to join their team. The Bartender is responsible for creating handcrafted beverages while demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service in the bar area.

Bartender responsibilities include:

• Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages based on standard recipes or customer preferences. Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking drink orders, and engaging in friendly interactions; address customer inquiries and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Order Processing: Process drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems to record transactions and handle cash transactions and provide change as needed.
• Stocking and Replenishing: Monitor beverage inventory and restock supplies as needed; ensure that the bar is well‑stocked with ingredients, garnishes, and other necessary items.
• Creating Specials: Develop and recommend signature cocktails or drink specials to enhance the menu and attract customers.
• Knowledge of Beverages: Stay informed about different types of beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits; provide information and recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages; follow responsible beverage service guidelines.
