Piatt Hotel Group presents an experienced Bartender opportunity at Revel near the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown. The role requires open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering a polished bar/dining experience and genuine hospitality to guests.

You will craft and serve diverse beverages, utilize advanced mixology techniques, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable establishment.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service by being knowledgeable, approachable, and attentive.
• Safely manage bar operations including stocking, organizing ingredients, utensils, and glassware.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and hygienic bar area following health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate advanced mixology techniques and stay updated on new ingredients.
