Job summary

Revel is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown. This role requires open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a focus on crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages in a polished, guest-first environment.

You will apply mixology skills, manage bar operations, and provide wine and craft cocktail knowledge to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable establishment.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand preferences and recommend suitable drinks.
• Efficiently manage the bar area, stock, and glassware while adhering to health/hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate advanced mixology techniques (muddling, shaking, stirring, layering) and stay current with beverage trends.
• Ensure compliance with local and state alcohol regulations and monitor patrons for signs of intoxication.

Yourrole as a Bartender atRevelis extremely important to our success. Youwill be responsible for crafting and serving a diverse range of alcoholic andnon-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes. Your expertisein mixology, craft cocktails and attention to detail will contribute tocreating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. You must beefficient to successfully complete your tasks. Work in a team-oriented,fast-paced, guest first environment and provide a polished bar/diningexperience to every guest. Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting andestablishing an energetic, interactive & friendly upscale atmosphere. Wine andcraft cocktail knowledge is a requirement.
