Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a qualified Bartender to serve beverages and food with a focus on guest satisfaction. The role includes taking orders, mixing drinks, handling payments at the POS, and maintaining bar cleanliness throughout shifts.

The position requires 21+ years of age, at least 1 year bartending experience, and solid English communication. A high school diploma is preferred, with opportunities for overtime and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience is essential.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change and balancing cash.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and brand certification as required.
• Ability to operate a POS system and process orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Input orders into the POS and create guest checks for accuracy and accountability.
• Accept payments, process credit card charges, and balance the cash drawer.
• Maintain glassware cleanliness and bar area sanitation.
• Restock bar inventory and replenish garnishes and condiments.
• Report equipment issues to the restaurant manager and contact security for disorderly guests.
• Assist as needed to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
