Qualifications

• Basic math, ability to total checks and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Input orders into the POS and create checks to balance cash and sales.
• Handle payments, cash out, and balance registers at shift end.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock garnishes, drinks, and supplies.
• Greet guests, suggest menu items, and provide beverage recommendations.
