Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Interacts verbally with bar guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to all bar guests.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
• Presents guest checks and processes payments/charges.
• Relays food orders to the kitchen via POS system.
