Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will create welcoming bar experiences, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and assist with food service while engaging with guests.

The role emphasizes friendly interaction, accurate order taking, and efficient beverage preparation in a fast-paced setting. This is a tip-credited hourly position with earnings that vary by tips and shift availability.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment.
• Stands during the entire shift.
• Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes.
• Ability to wipe down tables, debris, booths.
• Transports glass racks up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interacts with bar guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests.
• Completes opening and closing side work.
• Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
• Presents checks and handles transactions.
• Relays food orders to the kitchen via POS system.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety throughout the bar area.
