Job summary

The Tavern Grill in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Bartender to be the heart of our beverage service. You’ll craft classic cocktails and innovative creations, maintain a clean bar, and provide friendly, efficient service to guests in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

We value teamwork, a strong knowledge of drinks and mixology, and a dedication to guest satisfaction. Flexible schedules (minimum 3 shifts/week, including weekends) and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a teamwork-focused environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.

Responsibilities

• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Craft a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails and original creations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Adhere to health and safety standards in beverage preparation.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Manage inventory and restock bar supplies.
• Process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Collaborate with other staff members for seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on current trends in beverages and mixology.
